If you're sending old footage, don't worry about any of this. Send it as is and we'll work with what you've got. If you're filming something new, these help.

- Find a window. Overhead lights do nobody any favors.
- Somewhere quiet. We want to hear you.
- Kill the music. No speaker, no TV going in the background.
- No filters, no captions, no text on screen. Just you.
- Say Black Paper Party out loud once. Let 'em know.
One thing on music. If there's a song playing in the background we legally can't use the video in our ads, so keep new videos quiet if you can. Old footage, send it anyway and we'll figure it out.

- Yes. Send old footage, or just talk to us. You do not need to be holding anything.
- Do I have to post it publicly?
- Not for the 15%. But yes, if you want a shot at The Guest List or Guest of Honor.
- Can my kids be in it?
- If they're yours, absolutely. You'll just let us know on the form.
- When does my code expire?
- December 31. New collections drop October 1 and again mid October, so honestly, sit on it.
- What are you going to do with my video?
- Show you off. Our ads, our socials, our emails. The release spells out exactly what that means, and we wrote it so you don't need a lawyer to get through it.
- Can I submit more than one?
- One code per person. But if you've got more than one story, send them all. We'll watch every one.
